Joining the ranks.

Prism had got word that Dawn Star had come into the sewers from one of the runners. She had made her way to one of the meeting points that contacts were told to go to if wanted to make contact.

He was having her come to his office, it was more of a dark cave with a bed and something that could of once been called a desk. He still not sure why he had one he never did use it, but Silver said it made him look more professional. All he used it for the moment was leave his amour on it but now it was empty as that was being repaired.

He waiting for Dawn to be escorted here. She would be blind folded for the trip down here but hopefully that wouldn't be needed if she had chosen to join.

Dawn star made her way secretly covered under a hooded cloak from the surface of the ruined manehattan to the swears.She took smell sniff of her environment and nearly threw up from the smell "well..The years have certainly been unkind down here " she said to herself while trying to regain control of her stomach in the process once she did she continued until she faced a giant pipe or tunnel she then noticed to masked stallions coming out the shadows like ghosts they looked her for a minute and one asked "Are you Dawn Star?" dawn nodded "Yes I am" The stallion simple said "Good..Come with us" as instructed she followed them for a while until one turned around and open a empty saddle bag "Please kindly all your weapons in here" He said dawn was a  little bit shocked that these ponies knew she was armed but she also guessed that they were armed too she also assumed that during this difficult time period that everypony was armed.In order to stay out of trouble and the sake of not creating a mess she did as the stallions asked taking her weapons and dropping them into the saddle bag upon doing this she was not paying attention to the second stallion moving behind her "There..I want those back by the way" she said glaring at the stallion with the bag "Don't worry ..you will get them back after the meeting" The second stallion then blind folds her "But for now ..its just for your safety little pony" she feels her hoof being tugged in a unknown direction.

Within minutes dawn can then hear a change in sound from water dripping to talking,running and walking all round her she guessed she was back on the surface but then she felt herself stop.Dawn listen for any clue to where she was which she then heard knocking and then some whispering then she was moving again for a bit.Finally she came to stop she tried listening again but heard then her blind fold was removed to reveal what looked a office to her with prism right in the middle "was the blind fold really necessary? " she said a bit annoyed.

Prism watched as Dawn was lead into his office blind folded, he didn't say anything but signaled for the others to leave once they were done. He let her speak, nothing thinking that the use of a blind fold to be her first question.

"Yes it is very much necessary, we need to limit the were about's of our base to outsiders and there is no exceptions to that rule." He said sternly "Now that's get to the point, are you wanting to join us. Your skills and experience are very much needed and would benefit the rebellion a lot." He watched Dawn's body language to see if he could pick up on what she maybe thinking.

Dawn Star was quiet and unsure how to reply.Yes she wanted to fight and rid equestria of its griffon infestation plus pay all of her family and her fallen brothers and sisters debt but deep inside a part of her wanted to leave the war,the conflict,the suffering and the death behind...she wanted to live a normal ponies life ..to have family and..to finally be happy.But she knew this was a long shot dream with the griffon flag still flying.

Prism watch Dawn she was clearly still thinking things over. "Well if you still not able to give a clear answer, what brings you here today?" Prism asked questionably, trying to work out why she may have come if she was still thinking about it.

Dawn thought long and hard then said "Ponies deserve to be free.." she then stood up proud to finish her statement "..and I would like to be the one to help that dream come true once again" reaching her hoof towards prism to agree to join the rebellion.

"I am happy that you feel the same way" He took Dawn's hoof had shacked it. "Well I am sure you are use to barracks like living conditions, as that's the best we got for you down here." Prism moved around from the desk.

"Let me show you around the place you can call home" He said to Dawn as he made his way over to the make shift door.

Dawn Star nodded as prism passed her to show the way forward.She followed him with a small smile on her face knowing that she can finally take her home back ...that she can do good once more.

Prism walked down the carved out hallway "Here is Silvers office, she is running the place for a civilian point and is the closest thing we have to any sort of government at this point" After moving along a bit more they come to the next place.

"Here you will find the training area as well as the armory, that we keep locked up so weapons don't go walking off" The next part was a little walk away so he would fill the gap with finding more about Dawn "So Lieutenant tell me more about yourself and your military career," He wanted to know more about it as he didn't know anything about the mare.
