Personality: Silent, strong and stoic describes this imposing stallion quite fittingly. Tempest has a very strong sense of honor, and lives his life by the virtues Unity, Duty and Destiny, beiliving that the secrets to a good life are loyalty, hard work, and fuffilment.
Tempest is slow to anger despite his near perminant scowl, but when roused becomes an unstoppable force of muscle and fury, with strength that could rival a buffalo. He is resilient to the point of stuborness, often willing to sacrifice an object, privilige, or right purely for the satisfaction of defiance.
Doesn't like to be in a position of leadership, and when in charge of other folk often quails under pressure, feeling resonsiblity as a great weight he is unable to lift. Also struggles with things such as organisation sums and burgeoning depression.

History: Tempest Runner was named so by his father, who got the name from the fact that almost directly after birth he was able to run boisterously about the family home. He became a hardend youth when his father died in a suspected mob hit by the Griffon Mafia, his mother eventually lost her mind and was contained to a mental asylum. Tempest jumped between foster houses until he ran away at age 15 to join the Equestrian Royal Guard.
After years of service and many successful campaigns Tempest was selected for training in the special operation unit, where trainees underwent grueling training and such augmentations as a small knife that could be used to pick locks stitched beneath their skin.
Tempest eventually left the military after he was ordered to preform missions that conflicted with his strict morals, and was unhonorably discharged. He lived as a farmer during and after the griffon invasion, believing that what was occuring was merely the nature of power, to change hands, and so long as decent ponies lived well he was not like to complain. But now his patience is waring thin.

Special Skills/Abilities/Spells Descriptions: Recieved speacailist training in many forms of combat, but prefers the use of hammers and swords over ranged weapons. Has a knife hidden under his skin that remains of him even if searched. Despite strength is rather slow.

Looks good overall, though I'm no mod and thus can't approve this. But, there's one thing that strikes me: I'm surprised what the equestrian army did with their soldiers. A knife stiched under the skin? The way you describe his training, I wasn't sure for a moment if he somehow ended up in the griffon military. That is not to say that there can't be bad elements in the equestrian army as well, ponykind isn't perfect either. Or maybe it sounds worse than you meant it, but anyway, I appreciate some dark elements in the guard^^

Well I have a few more qualms with it then Shade. For instance...a knife stitched in the skin. Is it retractable? If so, will you be hunting Templars? xD Also, he doesn't seem to have a character flaw...for all intents and purposes he seems perfect. Which is impossible. So maybe a few revisions
